What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
Metal fabrication is forming, rolling, pressing or constructing any shape or form with steel grade, aluminium grade and stainless steel grade metal. It most frequently involves the construction of structures, machines or parts from raw materials which are usually based on engineering drawings.

EcoQuest Metal's Aqueous Cleaning System, manufactured by "Midwest Finishing" is 8 ft. Wide x 40 ft. Lg. It is a 3 Stage, wash, clean, and rinse with a high velocity air jet drying section.
The first stage water cleaner section is heated to 130 F and contains a bio-degradable detergent to supplement cleaning of the product. The water supply is a reverse osmosis system that provides particulate removal from the water and thus on aluminum products eliminates water spotting. Unit speed and thus output is established by the product material type and the size of the product. Maximum size of the product is 10"H. x 15" W. X 30" L.
Small product must be evaluated and method of delivery thru the washer determined. Some smaller products must be run thru the washer in cages to insure that it stay in the system and not removed from the cleaning belt area by the high velocity air jet section.
